The 6th Annual Beer and Cider Festival
will take place 22-25 June 2006 !
Past
festivals - June 2001 was my first attempt at a beer festival. Probably the
best festival I `ve done to date. We
followed it up with mini festivals in October 2001, December 2001, February
2002, March 2002, May 2002 and the big summer festival in June 2002 at which
you lot drank 45 firkins of ale! These
events always work on participation with a little (or quite a lot of) help
from the bands and DJ` s who perform while you all drink beer.
Since then, the summer festival has got bigger and bigger and the 2005 festival was the best yet!
We will be reintroducing the smaller themed festivals this year starting with a Celtic theme over Hallowe`en to celebrate Celtic New Year. |
